Having a healthy relationship with food nourishes us physically, mentally and socially. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not the use of sugar that is problematic, it’s the abuse of sugar. In our recipes we use only small amounts of whole and natural sweeteners such as honey, as well as fresh and unsulphured dried fruit. These nourishing sources satisfy our natural sweet tooth while remaining unrefined and providing some vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
